We have psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed therapists.

  • WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PSYCHIATRIST AND A PSYCHOLOGIST?

A psychiatrist is an MD (medical doctor) who can prescribe medication as well as provide therapy and treatment planning.  A psychologist has a doctorate in psychology (PhD) and can perform testing as well as therapy and treatment planning.

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL?

Our psychiatrists have hospital privileges and can follow you while you’re an inpatient as well as in outpatient therapy.

  • WHAT TYPES OF INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

Our doctors accept most private insurances and are on those panels.  We also can accept some Medicare and Medicaid patients.  Our staff will be able to let you know if we are covered on your insurance plan.  We also accept cash payments for persons not having or wanting to utilize their insurance for their visit.

  • IS MEDICATION ALONE ENOUGH?

Though medication can certainly help a patient get through difficult times, having an overall approach with therapy and lifestyle changes is the optimal treatment plan.  We would like to work with you to find the right approach for your best health!

  • CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?

Yes, our office can take cash or credit card payments.  We can also bill your insurance company for their portion of the bill.
